Missing Items: Most products come from different suppliers so if you’ve ordered a few different products, they will probably arrive in different packages in a time difference of a few days, depends on the supplier.

Full Refund if you don’t receive your order
You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised by the seller.
Full or Partial Refund, if the item is not as described
If your item is significantly different from the seller’s product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.
Prior Authorization should be obtained before the return and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Once the product is returned back, a full refund will be provided. The buyer must contact the seller within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
